The Black Forest is a rural community, popular with horse lovers, that is nestled among towering pine trees just outside of Colorado Springs.  This page provides a brief overview of the Black Forest.   It also contains a running list of real estate market analysis and trends using data that I pulled from the Pikes Peak Association of Realtor’s MLS.

The most current information is at the top.   The older data will be towards the bottom of the page.   While I have tried to be as accurate as possible, I can not guarantee 100% accuracy.    If you have any questions or would like to know how much I think that we could sell your home for, please let me know.   The last update was on Jan 18, 2019.
